Allstate International Assignments Ltd. (formerly NABCO), incorporated in 2001, is a special purpose corporation formed for the purpose of accepting periodic payment obligations. These periodic payment obligations include employment litigation settlements, compromised Workers' Compensation claims and Structured Sale transactions, among others. It is a resident of Barbados, and its transactions are regulated and governed by the Taxation Treaty between the United States and Barbados.
Allstate International Assignments is physically located in Bridgetown, Barbados. We are registered with the Internal Revenue Service. Our U.S Tax ID Number is 98-0445446.
Ward, Patel & Company, Chartered Accountants, conduct independent annual financial audits of Allstate International Assignments, which are reviewed, verified and approved by Allstate International Assignment's Board of Directors. Allstate International Assignments is similarly audited for Sarbanes Oxley compliance purposes twice annually.
